Master Movers
The movers arrived late, approximately 4 hours after the promised arrival time. Before arriving, was also advised the original contracted 3 helpers was being changed to 2. When asked about compensation for the rate difference of $25.50, no response received. Movers stopped working approximately 90 mins into 3 hour block, complaining of toothache and asking to reschedule for the following day. This moving team never came back out. Upon closer review, was found movers stole $68 cash out of a purse and another $200 out of a bank account via fraudulent CashApp transfer. Business owner made aware, but offered no compensation for any of the aforementioned issues. No information given for workers that came out despite criminal activities. Payment code was also requested prior to job being completed.
